In an effort to help people budget for their IT services, we at TAG understand that many customers do not need service all year round.
We allow our customers the opportunity to pause their IT services and reduce their internet costs in the months when they are not here.
(In reduced mode, internet service is only €15 per month and all other services can be reduced to €0 when not active)

How Monthly Billing Works?
Permanent Service
Billed monthly on a set date based on either the installation date or a pre approved day in the month.
Seasonal Service
Reduce rate billed monthly on a set date. Additional "TopUp" to full service based on arrival and departure dates provided*
*Monthly Billing Example:
Billing Day
Set from your original start date (same for all services unless agreed otherwise)
Permanent Service
€49.99 per month
→ Billed every month, always active
Seasonal Service
€15 per month (base)
- €34.99 top-up only when you are staying
14-Day Rule
If your stay goes more than 14 days into the next month → full top-up applies
If 14 days or less → no additional top-up for that month
Example
Stay: 20 Mar → 10 Apr
→ March: €15 + €34.99
→ April: €15 only
Stay: 20 Mar → 20 Apr
→ March: €15 + €34.99
→ April: €15 + €34.99
